Welcome

Welcome to my Website! If you are looking for a professional massage therapist, you've come to the right place.

My goal is to bring overall wellness to my clients through Professional Bodywork. Wellness is not just physical - it is spiritual, emotional, and mental as well. I believe that regular bodywork plays a vital role in one's overall wellness, and I hope to be an integral part of this journey with you.

The name "Nua" is Latin for "New". I love this theme for my Massage Therapy practice. Each day is a new gift. Each experience we have is a new opportunity for growth. Each bodywork session I offer is a new chance to reach your optimum state of wellness.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist trained through The Cortiva Institute: Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy. I am trained in a variety of modalities, including Swedish Massage, Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and can treat a wide variety of soft tissue injuries. I graduated at the top of my class with a 4.0 GPA and was awarded The Mary Jo Myers Outstanding Student Award.

***NEW COVID-19 SAFETY INFORMATION***

I AM GRATEFUL TO SAY THAT I AM FULLY VACCINATED AND BOOSTED!!!

Most of these changes will be unnoticeable to you as they happen behind the scenes before and after clients are here for an appointment. However, I want to be open and clear about these changes to help make everyone as comfortable as possible when coming to see me for a massage. Therefore, the following protocols will now be in place:

1. If case levels in our area are high, I will be wearing a mask during your massage.

2. If case levels in our area are high, all clients are asked to wear a mask during your massage regardless of vaccination status. You will be asked to wear a mask when arriving and during our initial greeting to discuss how you are feeling and what you'd like worked on during your massage. When I leave the room, you may remove your mask to get settled on the table. I will have a pillowcase draped through the face cradle, which acts as a barrier while you are face-down, so you may keep your mask off while you are face-down on the table, however you will be asked to replace your mask when (and if) you are face-up during your session. Of course, you may keep your mask on while face-down if you prefer.

3. I have purchased a HEPA filter Air Purifier for my massage room.

4. Fortunately, my massage room is quite large, so there is ample air circulation. If weather permits, I will open all windows in my massage room to help with air circulation.

5.  As I have always done, all fresh linens will be used for every client.

If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to me to discuss.

I am here to be a part of your health and wellness team!

Thanks for visiting, and I hope to hear from you soon!
